One of the most common complication od the total hip replacement is failure to put the acetabular cup on accurate position in each and every case. Whatever the experience of the surgeon is, he or she must have kept the acetabular cups in in-accurate position specially in their earlier days of practice. Same complication also happens with Dr. Tarkik.
