The deformity can happen due to variety of causes like

Once you consult Dr. Tarkik, he will examine you clinically and will prescribe the local part radiographs as part of Deformity correction surgery protocol. Then your radiograph will get thorough evaluation by Dr. Tarkik to pen down the plan of the treatment. If there is limb length discrepancy then proper measurement of the limb is taken both clinically and radiologically.
Each and every detail will be discussed with the patient.
Once everything is finalised,the patients undergoes detail laboratory evaluation along with the consultation with physician, cardiologist and the anaesthetist. Once the optimization is done the patient will be posted for the surgery.
Before the day of surgery your limb is prepared with specialised solution. On the day of surgery again the specialised wash is given to the limb as a part of protocol made by Dr. Tarkik Amin. The surgical time will vary depending on the amount of deformity and the modality of the treatment chosen.
After the surgery ,patient is kept in recovery room till the advice by Dr. Tarkik.

A 20 year old female patient had history of trauma when she was of 7 years of age. She was unfortunate in sense that she didn’t receive any treatment at that time. She gave history that there was pus discharge from the local side .She continued bearing weight on her leg that lead to progressive shortening of 6 cm and deformity.
She was treated with Ilizarov surgery for her deformity correction and lengthening.
A 6 year old boy with bilateral lowerlimb deformity was treated with a specialised surgery known as temporary hemi-epiphysiodesis or growth modulation.
